School holidays are a special time for families. A chance to slow down and enjoy real quality time together. As parents of two young children, we know just how important that is.

However, we also know that not every day of the school holidays can be spent together as a family. Work and life routines don't simply pause when the children are off school. Finding the right balance can quickly become a juggling act.

Our holiday clubs are designed to give you exactly that. A rewarding week your children will genuinely look forward to, meaning you can get on with your day, knowing they are in safe hands.

Is this suitable for my child?

Yes, our holiday club is designed for children all level of experience and ability, including shy or first-time children. No prior dance experience is needed and there is no requirement to audition.

What if my child feels nervous or shy?

Our team is super experienced in helping children settle in quickly so they feel comfortable, supported, and included from the start.

Who will be looking after my child?

Sessions are led by our DN Dance and DN Theatre teachers, who are professionally trained in dance and performing arts and experienced at working with children. All our instructors hold full PVGs and Emergency First Aid qualifications.

What should my child bring and wear?

Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows for free and easy movement, with indoor soft sole trainers (clean). They should bring a packed lunch, with dry snacks from break times, and a bottle of water. BONUS: There’s a FREE DN Holiday Club T-shirt for every registered child!

How does drop-off and pick-up work?

Doors open at 9am and you have a 45 minute window for drop offs before instructor led activities begin. Instructor led activities finish at 4:15pm and doors close at 5pm. During the drop-off and pickup windows children will be watching movies related to theme of the holiday club. All movies are rated U (or PG if the holiday club theme movie is PG).

How does each day run?

Holiday clubs are split into 3 or 4 age groups. Each day, each age group will cycle through the 4 core activities of Singing, Dance, Acting and Craft. Children will learn songs, create dances, and learn lines from the musical or movie of the holiday club theme. At the end of the week, the children will put on a showcase of everything they have learned for the parents to enjoy!

What skills do the instructors have?

Each activity is taken by an experienced performing arts teacher who is a specialist in the relevant discipline. It's so much more than childcare. Children will be learning real skills from trained industry professionals.

Can I book for more than one child or multiple weeks?

Yes, you can book for multiple children and multiple weeks depending on availability.

What if we need to cancel or cannot attend?

We understand plans can change our cancelation policy is set out in our terms and conditions.
